Nên uống xa bữa ăn (phải uống trước khi ăn ít nhất 1 giờ và sau khi ăn ít nhất 2 giờ).<br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Liều dùng:<\/strong> <br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Người lớn<\/em>: 2 - 4 viên\/ngày, chia làm 2 - 4 lần. Khi nhiễm khuẩn nặng có thể tăng 8 viên\/ngày, chia làm nhiều lần.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Trẻ em<\/em>: 30 – 50 mg\/kg cân nặng\/ngày, chia làm nhiều lần. Liều có thể tăng gấp đôi trong trường hợp nhiễm khuẩn nặng.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CHỐNG CHỈ ĐỊNH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Quá mẫn với erythromycin hoặc bất kỳ thành phần nào của thuốc.<br \/>\n\t\t\tNgười bệnh trước đây đã dùng erythromycin mà có rối loạn về gan. Người bệnh có tiền sử bị điếc.<br \/>\n\t\t\tNgười bệnh rối loạn chuyển hóa porphyrin cấp.<br \/>\n\t\t\tKhông được phối hợp với terfenadin, đặc biệt trong trường hợp người bệnh có bệnh tim, loạn nhịp, nhịp tim chậm, khoảng Q - T kéo dài, tim thiếu máu cục bộ, hoặc người bệnh có rối loạn điện giải.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CẢNH BÁO VÀ THẬN TRỌNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Người bệnh đang có bệnh gan hoặc suy gan.<br \/>\n\t\t\tNgười bệnh loạn nhịp và có các bệnh khác về tim.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>SỬ DỤNG CHO PHỤ NỮ CÓ THAI VÀ CHO CON BÚ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Thận trọng khi dùng cho phụ nữ có thai và cho con bú. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA THUỐC LÊN KHẢ NĂNG LÁI XE, VẬN HÀNH MÁY MÓC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Chưa có bằng chứng về ảnh hưởng của thuốc lên khả năng lái xe, vận hành máy móc.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TƯƠNG TÁC, TƯƠNG KỴ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Tương tác<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tChống chỉ định phối hợp:<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Ergotamin và các dẫn xuất: sẽ gây ngộ độc ergotin dẫn đến hoại tử đầu chi.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Astemizol, terfenadin, ebastin, cisaprid, pymozid: nguy cơ gây rối loạn nhịp thấp đặc biệt là nhịp xoắn đỉnh.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Khuyến cáo không nên dùng bromocriptin, buspiron, carbamazepin, acid valproic, cyclosporin, theophyllin do làm giảm chuyển hóa ở gan dẫn đến làm tăng nồng độ thuốc trong máu.<br \/>\n\t\t\tThận trọng khi phối hợp với warfarin, digoxin, midazolam, sidenafil, atorvastatin, cerivastatin, simvastatin, lovastatin.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Tương kỵ<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tDo không có các nghiên cứu về tính tương kỵ của thuốc, không trộn lẫn thuốc này với các thuốc khác.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TÁC DỤNG KHÔNG MONG MUỐN (ADR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Erythromycin, muối và ester của thuốc thường dung nạp tốt và hiếm có các phản ứng không mong muốn nặng. <br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Thường gặp<\/em>: Đau bụng, nôn mữa, tiêu chảy, ngoại ban.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Ít gặp<\/em>: Nổi mề đay.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Hiếm gặp<\/em>: Phản ứng phản vệ, loạn nhịp tim, transaminase tăng, bilirubin huyết thanh tăng, ứ mật trong gan, điếc có phục hồi.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>QUÁ LIỀU VÀ CÁCH XỬ TRÍ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<div style=\"”overflow-x:auto;”\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Cho dùng epinephrin, corticosteroid và thuốc kháng histamin để xử trí các phản ứng dị ứng; thụt rửa dạ dày để loại trừ thuốc chưa hấp thu ra khỏi cơ thể; và khi cần, dùng các biện pháp hỗ trợ.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>ĐẶC TÍNH DƯỢC LỰC HỌC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Nhóm dược lý: Kháng sinh nhóm macrolid. <br \/>\n\t\t\tMã ATC: J01FA01<br \/>\n\t\t\tErythromycin là kháng sinh nhóm macrolid, có phổ tác dụng rộng, chủ yếu là kìm khuẩn đối với vi khuẩn Gram dương, Gram âm và các vi khuẩn khác bao gồm Mycoplasma, Spirochetes, Chlamydia và Rickettsia.<br \/>\n\t\t\tErythromycin và các macrolid khác gắn thuận nghịch với tiểu đơn vị 50S của ribosom vi khuẩn nhạy cảm và ức chế tổng hợp protein. Tác dụng chính của Erythromycin là kìm khuẩn nhưng có thể diệt khuẩn ở nồng độ cao đối với các chủng rất nhạy cảm. Tác dụng của thuốc tăng lên ở pH kiềm nhẹ (# 8,5), đặc biệt với các vi khuẩn Gram âm. <br \/>\n\t\t\tCác nấm, nấm men và virus đều kháng Erythromycin.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>ĐẶC TÍNH DƯỢC ĐỘNG HỌC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Erythromycin dạng viên nén bao phim (base và stearat) dễ mất hoạt tính bởi dịch vị, tốt nhất nên uống vào lúc đói. Thuốc phân bố rộng khắp các dịch và mô, bao gồm cả dịch rỉ tai giữa, dịch tuyến tiền liệt, tinh dịch. Nồng độ cao nhất thấy ở gan, mật và lách. Thuốc có nồng độ thấp ở dịch não tủy, tuy nhiên khi màng não bị viêm, nồng độ thuốc trong dịch não tủy tăng lên.<br \/>\n\t\t\tTừ 70 đến 90% thuốc gắn vào protein. Hơn 90% thuốc chuyển hóa ở gan, một phần dưới dạng bất hoạt; có thể tích tụ ở người bệnh suy gan nặng. Nồng độ đỉnh trong huyết tương đạt từ 1 đến 4 giờ sau khi uống, tùy theo dạng thuốc.<br \/>\n\t\t\tErythromycin đào thải chủ yếu vào mật.
